Return Policy

  • Mahesh Rakhi generally does not accept returns, except in cases of defective or damaged products. We strive to ensure the quality of our products, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order to initiate the return process.
  • All returns must be authorized by Mahesh Rakhi’s customer support team. Please do not send back any items without prior approval. We do not guarantee any refunds in case the products are sent back to Mahesh Rakhi without authorisation from customer support team.
  • If the return is approved, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Returns/Refunds would only be accepted if goods received are defective.
